Jenny Han, author of the trilogy of books in which readers and eventual viewers first met Anna Cathcart ’s Katherine “Kitty” Song Covey, posted on Instagram in tribute to the canceled premiere as well as to the devastation in L.A. My heart is broken for the city that’s already been through so much in the past few years, and especially for everyone who has lost their communities and homes in the fires,” Han, who served as an Executive Producer on Season 2 wrote.
