Netflix’s ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’ Reveals New Official Trailer
It's action, spectacle, sorcery and "a flying ball of fur" in the new footage for the live-action series version of the beloved animated series.
“I’m the Avatar and I’m going to save the world — with my friends,” declares Aang (Gordon Cormier) in the trailer (below), which features a combination of scenic beauty, spectacle, sorcery and one “flying ball of fur.” The Last Airbender also stars Daniel Dae Kim as Fire Lord Ozai, Paul Sun-Hyung Lee as General Iroh, Ken Leung as Commander Zhao, Elizabeth Yu as Princess Azula, Dallas Liu as Prince Zuko, Kiawentiio as Katara and Ian Ousley as Sokka. Alongside his newfound friends Sokka (Ousley) and Katara (Kiawentiio), siblings and members of the Southern Water Tribe, Aang embarks on a fantastical, action-packed quest to save the world and fight back against the fearsome onslaught of Fire Lord Ozai (Kim).
