The documentary shows a woman trying the smoothie, which incorporates 60 different foods - ranging from everyday veggies like potatoes and Brussels sprouts to fruits such as blueberries and carrots. In the documentary, Rob Knight, a computer scientist, says: "Inspired by our findings, one of my colleagues decided to start drinking smoothies with 60 different kinds of plants a day."
