Netflix Unveils India Originals Slate For 2025 Including ‘Dining With The Kapoors’, ‘Akka’ & ‘The Ba***ds Of Bollywood’
Netflix unveiled new India originals including Aryan Khan’s The Ba***ds ofBollywood (The Bads of Bollywood), Dining with the Kapoors as well as Akka.
Akka is set in the 1980s matriarchal society of a fictional city of Pernuru, South India, and will star Keerty Suresh, Radhika Apte and Tanvi Azmi. The streamer also unveiled its first Telugu comedy-drama series Super Subbu, which will star Sundeep Kishan, Mithila Palkar, Murali Sharma and Maanasa Choudhary. Another Indian series is Glor y, which follows a legendary boxing coach named Raghubir Singh, who is forced to reunite with his estranged sons, Dev and Ravi and tells the story of a family’s fierce pursuit of an Olympic medal.
