Netflix Strikes Overall Deal With Colombian Duo Behind ‘The Hijacking Of Flight 601’
Netflix has struck an overall deal with Camilo Prince and Pablo González, the Colombian duo behind 'The Hijacking of Flight 601'.
Camilo Prince and Pablo González, the writers, directors and showrunners of Flight 601, have signed an agreement to produce further shows and films out of Colombia. They are known for Netflix shows such as Colombian-Mexican true-crime drama Colmenares( Crime Diaries) and bank robbery series El Robo del Siglo( The Great Heist), and will now work even closer with the streamer. “These titles prove that Colombia has become a major production hub in the region.In our new partnership with Netflix, we are eager to continue making bigger and more ambitious Colombian shows that reach audiences all over the world.”
