Netflix Sets Debut Dutch Reality Series Following Yolanthe Cabau’s Journey To LA


Netflix is making a Yolanthe Cabau series and adaptation of 'The Dinner Club' by Saskia Noort from its Benelux division.

As she faces her past, the audience discovers why Cabau, who used to be married to Dutch soccer star Wesley Sneijder, left the limelight, and which childhood secrets continue to haunt her. Netflix also unveiled The Dinner Club, an adaptation of the 2010 novel that starts with an elegant villa going up in flames, which kills Evert, a happily married father of two. Elsewhere, Bobby Boerman’s film on the hostage situation at the Apple store in Amsterdam has been given a title, iHostage, while the second seasons of Ferry and High Tide were handed premiere dates of December 20 and January 31 respectively.
