Netflix fans have slammed a 2024 movie starring Sydney Sweeney as the 'dumbest' they have ever seen, after it was given a new lease of life by being uploaded to the platform on Tuesday.
The Sony superhero film, Madame Web, was roasted by critics and fans, who branded it an 'embarrassing mess' and the 'worst comic book movie ever' when it hit cinemas back in February. Forced to confront revelations about her past, she must protect three young women (played by Sydney Sweeney, Isabela Merced, and Celeste O'Connor) from a mysterious adversary who wants them dead. It was revealed in March that Dakota Johnson is said to be in hot water with Sony and the team behind Madame Web after infuriating bosses by making multiple public digs at the Marvel movie amid its poor box office performance.
