Netflix Comedy Star Katherine Ryan Diagnosed With Cancer For Second Time, Credits ‘RHOBH’ Star For Diagnosis
The star of 'The Duchess' credits 'RHOBH's Teddi Mellencamp for documenting her own diagnosis.
BBC News reports that the star of Netflix show The Duchess was first diagnosed with the same condition in 2004, when she had what she described as a “golf ball-sized lump” removed from her thigh. This time, Ryan shared that her concerns had been initially dismissed by a doctor, but tests confirmed her mole to be “early melanoma.” Ryan also credited Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Teddi Mellencamp for talking about her own melanoma.
