Netflix Co-CEO Ted Sarandos Among RTS London Convention Speakers — Global Bulletin
Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos is among the speakers for this year's RTS London Convention, taking place on Sept. 17.
“The Thursday Murder Club” author Richard Osman and The Guardian columnist Marina Hyde are also on the line-up, with further speakers to be announced in the coming weeks. “As ever, identifying a pertinent theme, one that celebrates and also challenges the industry, is critical to our convention,” Royal Television Society CEO Theresa Wise said in a statement. Added Mallett, “Netflix has been part of the U.K.’s creative community for over a decade now, and it’s a real honor to be the first streamer to chair this year’s RTS Convention.
