Netflix Backs The Sarah Jones Opportunity, Internship & Job Training Program Dedicated To Memory Of Late Camera Assistant
The Sarah Jones Opportunity has set Netflix as a 2025 partner on its internship and job training program, Deadline has learned.
The Sarah Jones Opportunity consists of a 12-week paid internship/camera training program at Commander Camera in Atlanta, where participants learn all aspects of digital cinematography. A bright young member of the Georgia film community, Jones worked in the camera department on a number of local productions. Her experience involved months of training and work with an International Cinematography Guild L600 crew on the set of Netflix’s Stranger Things.
