Netflix announces hit show will be axed after just two seasons
The hit Netflix series is based on the novel by Chinese author Liu Cixin and is the first English language adaptation of the book
It stars Jovan Adepo, John Bradley, Rosalind Chao and Liam Cunningham, who are contacted by an alien at a secret military base. They shared: 'Ever since we read the last page of Cixin Liu's magnificent trilogy, we hoped we'd be able to bring the audience to the end of the universe with us.
