Neon Hires Industry Veteran Alison Cohen As General Counsel And President Of Business & Legal Affairs
The former FilmNation exec has been tapped as Neon's General Counsel And President of Business & Legal Affairs
During her near 16-year tenure at FilmNation, Cohen executive produced several of the company’s films including Oscar winning titles Anora, Conclave, and Promising Young Woman, as well as Greyhound starring Tom Hanks, The Big Sick, and The Courier. Prior to her time at FilmNation, Cohen spent 13 years in private practice at entertainment law firms including Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz, P.C. Neon and FilmNation have been frequent collaborators, working on projects such as Sean Baker’s Anora and Julia Ducournau’s Alpha, which is premiering in competition in Cannes this year.
