Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts, Diana Ross, Benson Boone, Brandi Carlile, J Balvin, Noah Kahan, Lionel Richie, Santana, Pulp, Alanis Morissette, the Black Keys, Jamie XX, Beth Gibbons, Raye, Finneas, and Shaboozey, among several others, will all perform.
