Neil Young Breaks Silence on Crazy Horse Tour Cancellation: ‘I Listened to My Body’


Neil Young said he called off his summer tour with Crazy Horse because he "hit a wall," but he's feeling better and is plotting future solo shows.

He'll be returning to the road soon for an East Coast theater tour with guitarist Micah Nelson and the Promise of the Real rhythm section The good news is Young will be returning to the concert stage Sept. 21 at Farm Aid in Saratoga, Springs, New York. Right around that time, Young says he’s plotting a U.S. theater tour with guitarist Micah Nelson and the Promise of the Real rhythm section of drummer Anthony Logerfo and bassist Corey McCormick.
