Neighbours star makes difficult decision to list his family home on the market after 60 years
Former Neighbours star Peter O'Brien has made the heart wrenching decision to put his family home up for sale.
O'Brien told the Advertiser on Sunday that his parents, Betty and Jack, snapped up the cosy pad originally as a holiday getaway. Built as a California bungalow only 100metres from the beachfront, the charming fixer-upper features a street facing 'sun room', spacious kitchen and large backyard. After his departure from Neighbours in 1987, Peter continued to have a prolific acting career, with notable roles in The Flying Doctors, Queer as Folk, and Underbelly: The Golden Mile.
