NBC Nabs Liz & Jeff Astrof Cheerleading Comedy ‘Stumble’ As Put Pilot; Monica Aldama To EP
In a competitive situation, NBC has landed single-camera comedy 'Stumble' with a put pilot commitment. It is written by Liz Astrof and Jeff Astrof.
Stumble is a mockumentary about the ridiculously high stakes and competitive world of junior college cheer. Honor executive produced both Jeff’s and Liz’s most recent series as creators, Shining Vale, and Fox’s Pivoting, respectively. Liz Astrof most recently served as co-executive producer on ABC’s Not Dead Yet starring Gina Rodriguez.
