NBC Criticized For Cutting ‘AGT’ Alum Lindsey Stirling’s Thanksgiving Halftime Show
After only 10 seconds of Lindsey Stirling's halftime performance were aired on Thanksgiving, fans complained to NBC on social media.
The America’s Got Talent alum responded to fans on social media after NBC trimmed down her performance to 10 seconds in its coverage of Thursday’s Green Bay Packers-Miami Dolphins game before cutting to commercial. Someone else demanded the video be released, writing, “@NFL you robbed @LindseyStirling of sharing her FIRST halftime show with the rest of us!! Stirling was a quarter-finalist on Season 5 of America’s Got Talent in 2010, dancing and performing violin in a mix of hip-hop, pop and classical music.
