NBA Finals Preview Thunder And Pacers Set For High Speed Showdown
One of the most exciting NBA finals we can remember are about to unfurl, with the Thunder coming to town for Game 1 tomorrow night....
The Thunder have an exceptional talent with undoubtedly an MVP-favorite candidate in Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and alongside him the supporting cast of Jalen Williams and rookie Chet Holmgren, who have come into their own as bona fide stars this season. Meanwhile, on the other end, we have All-Star power offense – led by Tyrese Haliburton, Pascal Siakam, and Myles Turner-a team seemingly breaking every record book for clutch performances in these playoffs. Concerns about viewership ratings have also been tossed, one comment going, “Will be the lowest viewed Finals in history,” and another went on saying, “I’m curious to see if anyone outside of Oklahoma City and Indiana who don’t gamble care.” This small-market veneer of both franchises has sparked skepticism over its national appeal, but genuine basketball purists would appreciate the quality on display.
