Naomie Harris, Jameela Jamil and Romesh Ranganathan are set to star in a new feminist dramedy from Olivia Lee semi-inspired by controversial figure Andrew Tate, Variety has learned. Titled “Hysterical,” the show from “Dirty, Sexy, Funny” creator Lee centers around a group of friends who – fueled by rage and rosé – decide to take down a global misogynist icon. Realizing the boy responsible is a fan of “alpha” influencer Tommy T, who’s grown a global following spewing toxic advice to young men, Leonora unloads on her friends during one of their weekly “rage release” rant sessions.
