Naomi Watts reveals confusing accent as she spruiks menopause products in promo video
Naomi Watts fans have been left baffled by the Hollywood actresses' pronounced American accent in new promotional content for her menopause products.
'I wanted women to feel like,' she began in an almost Californian accent, before abruptly revealing an Aussie lilt on two words, and then reverting to a distinctive American twang for the remainder of her monologue. In an early appearance on The Ellen Degeneres show in the 2004, to discuss her Academy Award nomination, she explained she’s always picked up regional accents wherever she’s moved to try and fit in and make friends. Murphy’s new series, which centers on an all-female law firm, boasts an all-star cast, including Naomi, Kim, Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash, and Teyana Taylor.
