Naomi Watts looks effortlessly chic in autumnal ensembles as she joins Carla Gugino filming for upcoming drama The Friend in New York
The actress, 55, layered up in an array of autumnal outfits as she shot scenes for the drama - in which she will take on the leading role - in Greenwich Village.
She was joined by her co-star Carla Gugino (left) for the scenes as they walked a Great Dane - who plays a central part in the film's plot - around Tribeca Naomi portrays Babe Farley, a New York City-based socialite who runs afoul of Truman Capote and plans to exact her revenge on the writer. Demi Moore, Chloe Sevigny and Molly Ringwald round out the cast, and fans are eagerly awaiting the season finale, which will air on Hulu on March 13.
