“The process of filming can be stressful in itself but when you add in a parent with dementia… it’s heartbreaking.” Now, almost two years on from her high-profile split from Bake Off presenter Sue Perkins, Anna holds nothing back when it comes to dating after heartbreak, managing the menopause and whether she’d ever step inside the infamous Naked Attraction pods… I’m 54 years old, and a lot of the other brands on offer seem to target that ‘skinny, youthful and beautiful’ aesthetic or put a real emphasis on trends. Although I’m in my fifties now, I didn’t spend my twenties or thirties raising a family, and I look around at a lot of my other friends who did and how hard they’ve worked as mums.
