Mystery buyers on The Block emerge and promise to take down notorious bidders Danny Wallis and Adrian Portelli: 'For too long it's been for the billionaires' club'

A pair of mystery buyers are set to challenge notorious Block bidders Adrian 'Lambo Guy' Portelli and Danny Wallis during this year's finale of the renovation show.

Pictured: Melbourne business owners Ollie Howard and Tom Omerod (R) have announced they plan to purchase at least one of this season's Phillip Island holiday homes on behalf of a syndicate His aggressive bidding style pushed Danny into paying $5,666,666.66 for the home, making the western Sydney mates instant millionaires with total winnings of $1,686,666.66—at the time it was the biggest victory in the show's 18-year history. Following their win, some fans speculated the auction was 'dodgy' and that Adrian was 'set up' to force Danny into spending more, but an equal number of viewers refuted this, saying the boys won fairly and called out the criticism as 'racist'.
