The former Hear'Say singer, 46, has daughters Ava, 16, and Hero, 13, with former husband Graham Quinn and explained that she thinks its 'brilliant' that her kids are so clued up when it comes to mental health. South Africa winner - who is now engaged to Simon Motson and has son Apollo, four with him - returned to her seat on the Loose Women panel earlier this year after more than a decade away.
