Before, her diet included breakfasts of white toast or cereal with butter; lunches were shop-bought baguettes accompanied by crisps and chocolate, while dinners were typically pie, mash and gravy, along with evening biscuits. Ali was morbidly obese"Post-transformation, she enjoys healthier options such as cereal with fruit and fat-free natural yogurt for breakfast; lunch is often the previous night's leftovers, like cottage pie with vegetables, and dinner might be homemade hunters chicken lasagne or cheesy courgette baked risotto, with her snacking on Slimming World high-fibre bars, perhaps with a glass of wine or a bar of chocolate.
