On Monday evening’s The ReidOut, Reid introduced a segment in which video was played of a speech in which President Joe Biden called for congressional passage of a border bill, despite former President Donald Trump’s efforts to scuttle such a deal. The clips showed Biden saying that “if that bill were the law today, I’d shut down the border now and I’d fix it quickly.” He also said that “Congress needs to get it done.” Reid then told viewers, “Still trying to kill the deal,” an apparent reference to Trump.
