The heated on-air dispute between MSNBC ‘s Ari Melber and Donald Trump campaign adviser Corey Lewandowski didn’t end with Wednesday’s segment: Today, Lewandowski tweeted video that suggests he was, in fact, correct in his accusation, vociferously denied by Melber, that the MSNBC host had used the word “spectacle” in reference to Trump’s ear bandage. Melber said that what he had previously stated on air about the bandage Trump had on after the attempt on his life last month was a quote from a New York Times article calling Trump “his own biggest prop” at the recent Republican National Convention and the large bandage a “placard.” In his X post that linked to Breitbart, Lewandowski wrote, “We’re going to keep exposing and holding the Fake News — especially MSNBC — accountable for their lies and bogus attacks on President @realDonaldTrump.
