Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil’s girlfriend was injured and a pilot was killed after the star’s private jet collided with another plane in Arizona

Scottsdale Fire Department spokesperson Captain Dave Folio confirmed Monday that one person died and four were injured in the collision, per AZ Central. “While details are still emerging, our hearts go out to the families of both the pilot who lost his life and the passengers who suffered injuries,” the band said in a now-deleted Instagram statement, per Sky News. “A Learjet 35A veered off the runway after landing and crashed into a Gulfstream 200 business jet on the ramp at Scottsdale Municipal Airport in Arizona around 2:45 p.m.,” the Federal Aviation Administration said in a statement, per AZ Central.
