Morrissey to Resume Tour After Being Hospitalized With ‘Severe Sinusitis Attack’

Morrissey will resume his 2025 North American tour after a 'severe sinusitis attack' forced the former Smiths frontman to postpone two gigs.

He played shows in Reno, Nevada, as well as Fresno and Bakersfield, California, before his sinusitis attack temporarily forced him off the road. The trek picks back up tonight in Tucson, Arizona, with further shows scheduled in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Georgia, and Florida. One effort, Bonfire of the Teenagers, was recorded between 2020 and 2021 with producer Andrew Watt, and was set to feature an array of big-name guests, including Miley Cyrus, Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Chad Smith and Flea, and Iggy Pop.
