Morgan Wallen Will Not Be at Court Hearing Following Arrest

Morgan Wallen's attorney will appear at his May 3 court hearing on his behalf.

Morgan Wallen, who is fresh off a headlining gig at Stagecoach music festival, was scheduled to attend a court date in Nashville, Tenn., on Friday (May 3) in regards to his arrest after allegedly throwing a chair off the roof of a Broadway Street bar. “The court has formally waived Morgan Wallen’s appearance on Friday, May 3 as his presence is not required to advance the case,” Robinson shared in a statement. The chart-topping country singer was arrested last month for allegedly throwing a chair off the six-story roof of Eric Church’s Chief’s bar.
