Morgan Wallen Sentenced to 7 Days Incarceration for Chair-Throwing Incident

Morgan Wallen was arrested on April 7 after he threw a chair off the roof a Nashville bar. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced by a Nashville judge on Dec. 12 to seven days incarcerated in a DUI education center.

Mr. Wallen remains committed to making a positive impact through his music and foundation," his attorney Worrick Robinson IV said in a statement to PEOPLE. Wallen pleaded conditionally guilty due to judicial diversion, and if he successfully completes the terms of his probation, will have his charges eligible for dismissal and expungement. "Today was a very typical day in a criminal case in general sessions court in Davidson County," Robinson told reporters after the hearing.
