Morgan Wallen was sentenced to one week in a DUI education center plus probation eight months after throwing a chair off a balcony in Nashville
Wallen’s long-planned joint venture with TC Restaurant Group, named This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen, failed to open as scheduled this weekend. The arrest report stated that law enforcement later watched a video that showed Wallen “lunging and throwing an object over the roof,” but he ultimately laughed it off. As Wallen continued to travel across the country, he waived his right to appear in court amid the balcony incident proceedings, and his attorney attended on his behalf.
