In response to yesterday’s filing, Madix’s lawyer labelled the “most hated man in America,” as the NYT called Sandoval earlier this year, as emotionally abusing his partner of nearly a decade. “Even months after the New York Times branded Mr. Sandoval the most hated man in America, he has clearly learned nothing and believes it necessary to continue torturing Ms. Madix in a vain effort to rehabilitate his image.” Until then, Leviss’ trial against Sandoval and Madix for claims of revenge porn, eavesdropping, and invasion of privacy is currently set to start on November 3, 2025.
