MonsterVerse Expands With ‘Return to Skull Island’ Comic Books From Titan and Legendary (EXCLUSIVE)

From Titan and Legendary, 'Return to Skull Island' is set in the same universe as 'Skull Island: The Animated Series'

As they uncover its dark secrets, they face life-threatening challenges and fight for survival in a land where every creature is a threat — including King Kong himself. The first issue of “Return to Skull Island” will debut in comic shops on June 4 and is set to feature a cover by artist Inhyuk Lee. The follow up, due for release in early 2027, is being directed by Grant Sputore (“I Am Mother”), with Kaitlyn Dever, Jack O’Connell, Delroy Lindo and Matthew Modine having joined the cast.
