Netflix lets you watch shows at superspeed. Our modern appetite for content might mean we've stretched our brains to watch faster. But is that good?
It's a show that has lots of long, dramatic pauses and little visual action — just two people sitting on a couch talking. Others just want to be able to consume more in their TV-watching time — a sentiment Nicholas Quah wrote about for Vulture in defense of his own speed-watching habit.
