EXCLUSIVE: Monarch Media is adapting its Christian coming-of-age romance film A Week Away into a TV series starring Antonio Cipriano, Cozi Zuehlsdorff, David Koechner, Leigh-Allyn Baker, Sacha Carlson, Ava Jean, Haven Greene, Jason Marsden and Carlos PenaVega. Alan Powell, founding member of Christian rock group Anthem Lights and co-writer of the original film, has been tapped as the showrunner. Currently, the company is in production on Tangles, an animated feature starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Bryan Cranston, Abbi Jacobson and Seth Rogen.
