Molly Shannon shared a touching tribute to director Jeff Baena on Sunday following his death on Friday.

For her poignant tribute Molly posted a series of photos of the two of them with the caption simply featuring a broken heart emoji (seen with Alison Brie on the set of The Little Hours) The heartbreaking last post together featured the star couple lovingly gazing into each other's eyes and was accompanied with screenshots of a Deadline article detailing their 'new assignment' - the 2022 film Spin Me Round. 'Starting off the new year with our courtside friends,' the organization wrote next to a carousel of high profile fans, including Tracee Ellis Ross, Judd Apatow, Leslie Mann and their daughter, Maude, and Keenan Michael Key.
