Molly Kearney Leaving ‘Saturday Night Live’: ‘It Was Such a Dream Come True’


Molly Kearney announced they will not return to 'Saturday Night Live' for its 50th season.

Molly Kearney, who joined “SNL” in 2022 and became the first nonbinary cast member in the show’s history, announced on social media that they were leaving the NBC mainstay. Bobby Moynihan offered kindness in the form of heart emojis, Bowen Yang wrote “forever legend” and Chloe Fineman commented, “BESTIE!!!! !” Other current “SNL” cast members Chloe Troast, Walker, Longfellow, James Austin Johnson, Hernandez, Heidi Gardner and Sarah Sherman also offered love and support in the comments.
