Molly Kearney Announces 'Saturday Night Live' Exit After 2 Seasons

Molly Kearney's announcement comes just one day after Punkie Johnson also shared she's leaving the show.

Yet another Saturday Night Live cast member is bidding adieu to the iconic sketch comedy show, and this time it's Molly Kearney. No word yet on why Kearney decided to walk away from the show (they were hired with much fanfare in 2022), but the announcement comes after Punkie Johnson on Thursday shared she was leaving Saturday Night Live after four seasons. In the clip, she explained how she first unintentionally broke the news to an audience at a stand-up comedy show at Brooklyn's Union Hall on Wednesday, at which fellow SNL cast members Kearney, Devon Walker and Michael Longfellow were also on the lineup.
