Modest Mouse Collect New Remixes for ‘Good News for People Who Love Bad News’ Anniversary Reissue
Modest Mouse will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their hit album, 'Good News for People Who Love Bad News,' with a reissue featuring eight remixes.
The remixes come from artists like MGMT’s Andrew VanWyngarden (“The View”), Jackknife Lee (“Bury Me With It”), Dan the Automator (“Float On”), and Justin Raisen (“The Good Times Are Killing Me”). The band has also finally made available the music video for “The World At Large/Stiff Animal Fantasy,” which Modest Mouse’s Isaac Brock co-directed with Jason Foster. Out May 17, the set will be pressed on opaque baby pink and spring green vinyl, feature an alternative album cover, and come with an eight-page booklet.
