Model Caprice Bourret has revealed how she felt 'over the hill' when she was just 28. The now 52-year-old has urged women to embrace getting older and not be victims to ageism in the industry.
The American, who shot to fame after presenting at the National Television Awards in 1996 said ageism in modelling is so rampant, 'I was thinking, 'Oh my goodness I'm 28, that's the end of my career. But the former Dancing On Ice star who has her own lingerie brand was asked on the Dirty Mother Pukka podcast what advise she would pass on to her own daughter. The California-born TV personality implored women not to fall foul of victimhood and added: 'Let's not be victims, ladies, because we don't have to.'
