Speaking to Deadline on the Golden Globes red carpet on Sunday, Kaling revealed her experience filming the show titled With Love, Meghan, set to premiere on Netflix January 15. I created it with Ike Barinholtz and David Stassen and we’re just so lucky that Kate, who is a movie star, decided to do a sitcom, because she is my romantic comedy heroine and getting to write for her has been like a dream.” Kaling is also a producer on Oscar shortlisted short film Anuja, which follows two young sisters working in a New Delhi garment factory, played by Sajda Pathan and Ananya Shanbhag.
