Mindy Kaling says she could see her 5-year-old daughter eventually going into show business, calling her a "star." The actress is mom to daughter Katherine “Kit,” 5, and son Spencer, 3.
“She did a little bit of musical theater and liked it, but again, wanted to be the star of the production and wasn’t and thus kind of lost interest.” The Mindy Project star and creator recently celebrated Easter with Kit and Spencer, sharing the indoor egg hunt she put together in an Instagram post. Other images showed close-up views of the kids' Easter basket, complete with colorful patterned eggs with various treats and toys hidden inside.
