Mindy Kaling praised pal Meghan Markle’s cooking skills as the Duchess of Sussex prepares to launch her own lifestyle show, ‘With Love, Meghan,’ on Netflix
“I was just in my maternity leave and Meghan texted me and said, ‘Hey, do you wanna come be in my show … come to Montecito and have me cook for you?’” Kaling explained of her guest appearance during a red carpet interview with Deadline at the Sunday, January 5, Golden Globes. “Meghan shares personal tips and tricks, embracing playfulness over perfection and highlights how easy it can be to create beauty, even in the unexpected,” the official logline for the show reads. Prior to the show’s official announcement, a source told Us Weekly in August 2024 that the series was set to “be a take on [Meghan] and the joy of living.” The insider noted that she will teach viewers “little things she’s learned in terms of being a modern-day hostess.”
