Mindy Kaling got a sweet surprise from her three kids after receiving her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The comedian and writer is mom to daughters Kit, 7, and Anne, 12 months, and son Spencer, 4.
On Tuesday, Feb. 18, the actress and mom of three, 45, shared a photo on her Instagram Stories of a sign her three kids — daughters Anne, 12 months, and Katherine "Kit," 7 and son Spencer, 4 — made her in honor of her big day. Novak, whom Kaling noted is an "important and integral part of my family," spoke on her behalf at the ceremony, calling her an "incredible mother of three." "Mindy respects and understands [fame] in a very intuitive way because in addition to being a brilliant and wildly successful showrunner, an incredible mother of three, a deep and caring daughter and friend and mentor to so many," he shared.
