Millionaire publican and Bachelorette star Stu Laundy almost dies in a horror road smash in Vietnam: 'Lucky to be alive'

Stu Laundy has revealed he's lucky to be alive after being involved in a horrific motorbike crash while holidaying in Vietnam.

Laundy was holidaying with family at the time of the crash and was airlifted back to Australia on a private medical jet fitted out like a flying hospital – complete with a doctor and two nurses. The former Bachelorette winner – who famously dated Sophie Monk following the 2017 series – credited his ex-wife Rachel, a nurse who was travelling with the family, for being by his side and overseeing initial treatment at the scene. The 52-year-old reality TV star and millionaire publican was struck by a truck and thrown from his bike during the terrifying accident, which left him with multiple serious injuries and clinging to life (Pictured on The Bachelorette in 2017)
