Millie Mackintosh has candidly spoken about 'dropping the ball' and forgetting about her eldest daughter's nativity at school as she says - 'it's okay to f*** up'.

Millie revealed she dashed to her daughter Sienna's nativity and managed to get there just as it was starting after completely forgetting it was taking place. In a bonus episode from the chat which is being released on Friday, Millie also opened up on the time she make a mistake as a parent (pictured with husband Hugo and their daughters Sienna and Aurelia) 'In this second year, I realised that my problems didn’t just go away when I stopped drinking, and in therapy have really had to dig deep into my past and look at things I’ve buried for a long time, it’s an ongoing process of healing.
