The actress, 20, has been called out by fans for speaking in an American accent as she appeared on Jimmy Fallon on Thursday.
The actress, 20, who spent her early childhood years in Bournemouth before moving to Florida aged eight, spoke about her engagement to Jake Bongiovi on the show with her dog Winnie Playing Eleven has also spurned a handful of major film roles, including the Enola Holmes franchise in which she is said to have received a $10 million pay check for the second installment - setting a reported record for the largest upfront salary paid to an actor under the age of 20. After Jimmy congratulated her, the actress revealed the unusual way her 21-year-old fiancé Jake (the son of legendary rocker Jon Bon Jovi) popped the question and how it didn't go quite to plan.
