The show also featured sets from Olivia Rodrigo, SZA, Luke Combs with Tracy Chapman and more.
This year’s Grammy season officially came to a close at Crypto.com Arena Sunday (Feb. 4), with the biggest stars in music all gathering under one roof to celebrate each other’s wins and, in between, cheer on each other’s performances. The show also made sure to honor both living and late musical legends, with Tracy Chapman joining Luke Combs to assist him in singing “Fast Car,” and Joni Mitchell making her Grammys stage debut at the age of 80 alongside Brandi Carlile, Alison Russell, Lucius, Blake Mills and Jacob Collier. Plus, Fantasia got the crowd on its feet with a roaring tribute to Tina Turner, who passed away in May, and Billy Joel performed his first new single in years, “Turn the Lights Back On.”
