In the Jacob Bixenman-directed “Flowers” music video, Cyrus sings her Billboard Hot 100-topping single while strutting through a city street in a hooded golden gown. After making her way up a driveway to a mansion, the Hannah Montana alum strips down to her underwear, takes a swim in the pool, exercises, showers and steals a suit from the luxury house’s closet, all the while dancing to herself. Widely believed to have been written about her ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth, “Flowers” appeared on Cyrus’ eighth studio album, Endless Summer Vacation, which dropped in March 2023.
